摘要/Abstract
摘要：
民办社区大学的治理主要包括民办社区大学决策机构设置以及运行规范两个内外层面,即内部治理和外部治理。内部治理存在着"协同治理"机制的缺失;外部治理存在包括信息披露制度、行业认证机构、税务审定机制以及监管机构的不健全等。根据对民办社区大学内外治理层面的问题分析,相应提出了针对性的重建策略,为我国民办社区大学治理实践提供理论参考。
Abstract：
The governance of private community colleges includes the internal and external dimensions, the former of which lacks collaborative governance, and the latter of which lacks efficiency in information disclosure, industrial certification, tariff inspection and agent regulations. Therefore, this paper proposes countermeasures.
