Exploration of graduate students' innovative ability in regional universities
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
研究生教育是大学学科建设的重要内容之一,对地方院校研究生创新能力不足的原因进行了深入分析,探索了改善研究生创新能力的方法,通过强化导师队伍,特别是青年导师队伍的建设,改进研究生课程设置,优化研究生培养方案,搭建研究生创新培养基地和实践平台,营造培养创新能力的氛围等措施对提高地方高校研究生的创新能力具有重要的指导意义.
Abstract：
The graduate education is the foundation for the high-level curricular construction of a university. This paper analyzes the reasons of the development of graduate students' ability of innovation, optimizing the curriculum, strengthening the teaching team, cultivating the graduates' innovative thinking, and creating a good environment for innovation.
