Educational cooperation under the framework of the Shanghai cooperation organization
摘要/Abstract
上海合作组织成立10年来,成员国间在政治、经济、文化领域的合作发展都很迅速,特别是教育合作被誉为未来最有发展潜力的领域之一.教育领域的合作将为上海合作组织自身建设提供强有力的技术支持和人才保障,为双边关系乃至地区关系的不断改善和稳定发展打下坚实可靠的基础.但是,受历史文化传统、复杂的国际政治经济环境的影响,成员国间教育合作与交流面临着较大的挑战.我们应加快机制化建设、促进上海合作大学的发展,积极推动双边或多边的教育合作交流,以促进上海合作组织健康持久的发展.
Since the Shanghai cooperation organization was set up 10 years ago, the political, economic, cultural cooperations have achieved a great development. Education cooperation has been considered as a field with greatest potentiality, and as a basis for maintenance of mutual relations. But due to historical, cultural traditions, political and economic complexities, education cooperation faces great challenges among the member countries. Therefore, the Shanghai cooperation mechanism should be promoted in relation to higher education.
