摘要/Abstract
摘要：
随着我国高等教育大众化的发展,成人高等教育逐渐游离于普通高等教育体制之外,形成了成人高等教育同普通高等教育并存的"双轨制"局面,并随之出现了教学质量下滑、竞争秩序混乱等诸多现象.在学习化社会、知识经济、教育全球化和网络时代的大背景下,实现两者的"并轨"是提高我国成人教育质量、推动我国从高等教育大国向高等教育强国转变的必然趋势和客观要求.
Abstract：
The popularization of the Chinese higher education dwindles the adult higher education. Yet the coexistence of the dual systems results in the worsening of quality, and chaotic competitions. So, this paper argues for a combination of the dual systems in the context of learning-typed society, knowledge e-conomy and educational globalization, in the hope of turning the Chinese populace education to an advanced education.
