Qualified teachers and good education——On optimization of the teacher education
摘要/Abstract
精英教育既是与大众化阶段、普及化阶段相区别的一个高等教育发展阶段，又是在大众化平台上的一种高层次教育模式。教师教育应当是培养未来优秀教师的精英教育，教师教育精英化是国际教育发展的基本趋势，是时代发展的应然取向和社会进步的现实诉求。通过加强政策引导，实行教育公务员制度，提高教师的地位和待遇，增强职业吸引力；积极推进师范生免费教育，吸引优秀青年读师范，鼓励优秀人才当教师；不断完善教师资格制度，严把教师入口关，把真正的优秀人才遴选进教师行列；深化教师教育改革，创新人才培养模式，不断提高教师培养的质量和水平。
Optimization education is an advanced stage of higher education development distinctive from the mass and popular education.As a trend of international education,and orientation of social progress,teacher education is committed to the qualification of the teachers.The writer argues for the support of policy,introduction of public servant system,improvement of the teaching staffs,free tuition for superior youths,accrediting mechanisms for new teachers,and education reforms.
