高校教师心理健康的主效应因素

he main factors influencing the mental health of university teachers
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
为了研究高校教师的心理健康状态及其主要影响因素，以495名高校教师作为研究对象，经SCL-90测量，只要有因子分≥2的教师就归为心理问题组，其他教师归为对照组，用非条件Logistic回归进行统计，分析不同人群特征、采取的防御机制及发生的生活事件与教师心理健康的关系。
Abstract：
495university teachers are investigated to study their mental health.Those whose factor scores≥2 are grouped as experimental group with SCL-90,and others serve as control group.Logistic regression is applied to the analysis of the distinctive features,defending mechanisms,and incidents in relation to the mental health of the university teachers.
