大学生学情研究的途径和旨归—以学为本促进学生全人成长和全面发展

Student Learning Experience Research in Higher Education: Fostering Holistic Student Development Through a Learning-Centered Approach
摘要/Abstract
当今世界正处于百年未有之大变局中,以AI为代表的新科技革命和产业发展为人类社会带来了新的机遇与挑战,人才培养质量成为提升国家核心竞争力的基础,创新性人才培养成为赢得战略主动权的关键。2022年,党的二十大报告明确提出到2035年把我国建成教育强国的宏伟目标,这是对整个教育体系品质的跃升提出了清晰的要求,而人才培养和教育教学过程是最具教育特性的,基于国际与国内教育发展的大势及深化改革的需要,大学生学情研究成为高教关注的热点之一,其目标定位及助力人才培养改革的途径成为研究的核心问题,如何在有限的时空里,引领学生学习和成长,使其终身爱学并善学,成为学情研究的旨归。学情研究本身并不是目的,而是实现学生全人成长和全面发展教育目标的重要手段。以学为本的学情研究有助于改进学校环境和教育教学中存在的问题,更深刻地认识影响学生学习的复杂因素,使教育过程和方式更加有助于学生天赋潜能的发挥及综合素质的全面发展。
The contemporary world is undergoing profound transformations unseen in a century. The rapid advancement of new technological revolutions, particularly in artificial intelligence, along with industrial development, presents both opportunities and challenges for human society. In this context, the quality of talent cultivation has become a cornerstone for enhancing a nation’s core competitiveness, and the cultivation of innovative talents has become the key to gaining strategic initiative. In 2022, the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China set forth the ambitious goal of establishing China as a leading educational power by 2035. This vision imposes clear and elevated demands for improving the quality of the entire education system. Within this framework, talent development and the educational process define its most distinctive features. Given the broader trends in international and domestic educational development and the need for deepening reform, research on college students’ learning experiences has emerged as a key focus in higher education. Central to this research are its objectives and the pathways through which it can contribute to talent cultivation reform. A critical question is how, within the constraints of time and space, to effectively guide students in their learning and growth, fostering a lifelong love for learning and the ability to learn effectively. This constitutes the ultimate purpose of learning experience research. It is important to emphasize that learning experience research is not an end in itself but rather a vital means to achieve the educational goal of promoting students’ holistic growth and comprehensive development. A learningcentered approach to such research helps identify and address issues within the institutional environment and educational practices. It also enables a deeper understanding of the complex factors influencing student learning, thereby making educational processes and methods more conducive to unleashing students’ innate potential and supporting their overall development.
