英国农民教育绿色化转型:动因、路径及发展态势

Ecological Transition of Farmer Education in the United Kingdom: Drivers, Pathways, and Development Trajectory
摘要/Abstract
在全球应对气候变化与实现可持续发展目标的时代背景下,世界经济正在经历深刻的绿色转型。在农业发展领域,推进农民教育绿色化转型,构筑农业绿色生产方式,促进农业可持续发展成为共识。其中,英国的做法尤为引人瞩目。在市场驱动、技术推动、政策引领和社会认知觉醒的推进下,农民教育在英国绿色发展战略中的功能边界正发生根本性变化,逐渐向绿色化转型。在这一转型过程中,英国在政策协同机制、课程供给体系、产学研联动机制、数字平台支撑以及区域适配等方面采取举措,构建了农民教育应对绿色发展要求的多维实施框架,取得了良好的效果。随着英国农业绿色转型目标的深化推进,农民教育绿色化转型将呈现出新的发展态势,即加强农民的碳素养培养、注重沉浸式媒介运用、农民参与式科研兴起、微证书制度作用彰显。
Amidst global efforts to address climate change and achieve sustainable development goals, the world economy is undergoing a profound ecological transition. Within agricultural development, the green transformatioin of farmer education, establishing sustainable agricultural production systems, and promoting agricultural sustainability, has emerged as a shared imperative. The United Kingdom’s approach in this domain is notably significant. Driven by market forces, technological advancement, institutional guidance, and heightened social awareness, the functional boundaries of farmer education within the UK’s green development strategy are undergoing fundamental transformation toward ecological sustainability. Through policy coordination mechanisms, curriculum innovation, industry-academia-research linkages, digital platform integration, and regionally tailored approaches, the UK has established a multidimensional implementation framework that effectively addresses green development requirements. As the nation advances its agricultural ecological transition goals, the green transformation of farmer education is evolving toward new developmental trajectories: enhanced carbon literacy training for farmers, immersive media adoption, participatory farmer-led research initiatives, and the growing prominence of micro-credentialing systems.
