大学生创新创业能力影响因素及提升对策

Factors Influencing University Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Capabilities and Enhancement Strategies
摘要/Abstract
高校是为国家培养创新人才的重要载体,也是增强区域科技创新能力的主要阵地。高校创新创业教育面临诸多困境,分析大学生创新能力评价的方法,将深度学习预测网模型和多目标决策算法应用于创新创业教育情境,探讨不同专业大学生在创新创业教育中的特 征,分析其投入如何促进创新创业能力提升和学习成绩增长。从内外部特征和主客观因素四个层面设计调查问题,收集不同年级学生的纵向数据,采用深度信念学习网络构建学生学习特征与创新创业学分、绩点之间的关系。以调查问卷中的策略作为控制变量,采用多目 标决策方法获得适合不同学生的培养策略。研究表明,优化学校创新教育资源配置,推进课程、项目、竞赛的有机融合,有利于同步提升学生创新能力和学习效率。
Local universities serve as critical incubators for national innovative talent and primary drivers of regional technological advancement. Higher education institutions face many challenges in innovation and entrepreneurship education. This study analyzes methodological approaches for assessing student innovation capabilities. Employing deep belief networks and multi-objective decision algorithms within educational contexts, the research examines the distinctive characteristics of wniversity students from different disciplines within this educational framework and explores how their engagement contributes to the enhancement of both innovation/entrepreneurship capabilities and academic performance. Survey questions were designed across four dimensions: internal/external characteristics and subjective/objective factors. Longitudinal data were collected from students across various academic years. A deep belief learning network was utilized to establish relationships between students’ learning characteristics and their acquired innovation/entrepreneurship credits and grade point averages (GPAs). Using strategies identified in the questionnaire as control variables, a multi-objective decision-making approach was applied to derive optimal cultivation strategies tailored to diverse student profiles. The findings demonstrate that optimizing the allocation of institutional innovation education resources and promoting the organic integration of curricula, projects, and competitions significantly enhances students’ innovation capabilities while concurrently improving learning efficiency.
