Theoretical Connotation and Practical Strategies of Curriculum-Based Cultivation in Schools
摘要/Abstract
课程主要解决用什么知识培养人的问题,育人是课程的基本功能。学校课程建设是学校育人理想不断转化为教育内容并不断细化的过程。从学校视角看,推进课程育人,需要紧抓优化课程顶层设计和改进课程资源供给两方面:优化顶层设计就是做好学校课程实施计 划的调整与完善,主要解决教育内容的选择问题;改进资源供给就是对育人蓝图的创意物化,主要解决教育内容的优化加工问题。当前,我国进入了教育高质量发展阶段,学校课程建设应坚持育人为本的基本理念,优化学校课程顶层设计,绘制好育人蓝图;同时,应积 极改进学校课程资源供给,努力为学生提供丰富而优质的精神食粮。
Curriculum fundamentally addresses the selection of knowledge for human cultivation, positioning pedagogical formation as its essential function. School curriculum development constitutes a process whereby educational ideals are progressively refined and transformed into pedagogical content. From an institutional perspective, advancing curriculum-based cultivation requires dual emphasis on optimizing top-level curriculum design and enhancing resource provision. Top-level design optimization involves revising implementation frameworks to resolve content selection challenges, while improved resource supply creatively materializes educational blueprints to address pedagogical refinement. Within China’s current phase of high-quality educational development, school curriculum construction must maintain cultivation-oriented principles to optimize institutional design and articulate precise educational blueprints, and innovate resource delivery mechanisms to provide students with diverse, high-quality intellectual nourishment. This integrated approach ensures curriculum serves its fundamental mission of holistic development during educational modernization.
