From Communities to Collaborative Partnerships: Reimagining Professional Development Models for Teacher Educators in the New Era
摘要/Abstract
新时代教师教育者专业发展面临着从经验式学习向创新性学习转型的关键挑战。传统专业学习共同体虽能为教师教育者提供经验传承的平台,但其封闭性特征可能抑制个体创造性,导致知识再生产模式的固化。以教师教育者伙伴关系为代表的开放型学习情境,通 过构建边界模糊、多元对话的互动空间,更有利于促进教师教育者的跨界学习和知识创新。通过目标共识、资源共享、机制共建和过程共管的中介机制,推动教师教育者实现从纵向传承到横向拓展的学习范式转变。
The professional development of teacher educators faces critical challenges in transitioning from experiential learning to innovative paradigms. While traditional Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) provide platforms for knowledge transmission, their insular nature risks constraining individual creativity and ossifying knowledge reproduction patterns. In contrast, collaborative partnership models establish open learning environments characterized by permeable boundaries and polyphonic dialogue, effectively facilitating teacher educators’ boundary-crossing learning and knowledge innovation. Through four synergistic mediation mechanisms—consensus-building on developmental objectives, resource sharing infrastructures, co-constructed operational frameworks, and collaborative process governance—this approach enables a fundamental paradigm shift from vertical knowledge transmission to horizontal professional expansion.
