教育家精神引领下的教师教育学科建设： 内涵辨析、价值归依与路径选择

Teacher Education Discipline Development Guided by Educator Spirit: Connotation, Value Orientation, and Pathways

摘要：

教育家精神是教师队伍建设的精神灯塔，教师教育学科建设是中国特色高质量教师教育体系构建的制度基石,教育家精神引领下的教师教育学科建设是教育强国建设的坚韧支柱。教育家精神引领下的教师教育学科建设包含师资队伍、人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、国际交流和文化传承等六个范畴向度，拥有明晰师资队伍战略定位、营造师资队伍师德师风、显化人才培养差异需求、唤醒人才培养专业承诺、催生科学研究自主知识、赋能科学研究学科交叉、推进社会服务基层实践、优化社会服务行政决策、拓展国际交流全球视野、构筑国际交流中国话语、形塑文化传承性格特征、镌刻文化传承独有叙事等十二个层面的具象价值。基于此，教育家精神引领下的教师教育学科建设应完善教师教育学科组织制度、锻造教师教育学科人才梯队、规范教师教育学科知识生产、承担教师教育学科本土项目、把握教师教育学科国际前沿以及实现教师教育学科文化自觉，进而完善与发展教师教育学科，以更好服务于高素质专业化的教师队伍建设，推动健全中国特色高质量教师教育体系，筑牢教育强国建设之根基。

Abstract：

Educator spirit serves as the foundational ethos in building a high-quality teaching workforce, while the construction of teacher education disciplines forms the institutional cornerstone of a robust teacher education system with Chinese characteristics. Guided by educator spirit, the development of teacher education disciplines is pivotal in shaping China’s educational leadership on the global stage. The construction of these disciplines, underpinned by educator spirit, spans six key dimensions: teaching workforce development, talent cultivation, scientific research, social service, international exchange, and cultural inheritance. This framework brings tangible benefits, such as defining the strategic direction for the teaching workforce, nurturing ethical standards and professional identity, addressing the differentiated needs of talent cultivation, promoting professional dedication, fostering scientific research autonomy, encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration, advancing grassroots social service initiatives, optimizing administrative decision-making in education, expanding global perspectives in international exchange, and enhancing the Chinese narrative in global discourse. Furthermore, the development of teacher education disciplines under the guidance of educator spirit should focus on strengthening the organizational structure of these disciplines, building a talent pipeline, standardizing knowledge production, engaging in localized teacher education projects, staying abreast of international educational trends, and fostering cultural consciousness within the discipline. These efforts will contribute to advancing the teacher education discipline, serving the creation of a high-quality teaching workforce, and ultimately supporting the construction of a worldclass education system with Chinese characteristics, thereby laying a strong foundation for a powerful education nation.
