Xi Jinping’s Statements on Education: Fundamental Guidelines for Socialist Education with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era
摘要/Abstract
党的十八大以来，习近平总书记以马克思主义政治家、思想家、战略家的深邃洞察力、敏锐判断力、理论创造力，大力推动教育事业理论创新、实践创新、制度创新，提出了一系列富有创见的新思想新理念新观点，构成了习近平总书记教育重要论述。习近平总书记教育重要论述坚持中国特色社会主义教育发展道路，是一个系统全面、逻辑严密、内涵丰富、思想深邃、内在统一的科学理论体系，系统回答了“什么是中国特色社会主义教育”“怎样发展中国特色社会主义教育”的根本问题。习近平总书记教育重要论述深入分析了中国特色社会主义教育的发展逻辑，深刻诠释了中国特色社会主义教育的本质和内在规定性，集中展现了中国特色社会主义教育的世界性贡献，为加快推进教育现代化进行了科学部署，为加快建设教育强国明确了路线图和任务表，为办好人民满意的教育提供了根本指引。
Drawing from his profound insights, keen judgment, and theoretical creativity as a Marxist politician, thinker, and strategist, Xi Jinping has promoted theoretical, practical, and institutional innovations in education since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. He has put forward a series of new ideas, concepts, and viewpoints, forming a comprehensive discourse system on education. This discourse system adheres to socialist education with Chinese characteristics. It is a scientific, logically rigorous, and internally unified theoretical system. It systematically elucidates the fundamental questions of what constitutes socialist education with Chinese characteristics and how to develop it. Xi Jinping’s statements on education profoundly analyze the development logic, interpret the essence and inherent principles, and highlight the global contributions of socialist education with Chinese characteristics. Furthermore, they provide scientific arrangements for accelerating Chinese educational modernization, delineate a roadmap and tasks for building a strong country in education, and offer fundamental guidance for people-oriented education. Xi Jinping’s statements on education serve as the essential guidelines for socialist education with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
