However, in establishing a management mechanism to prevent safety accidents, they often face some problems, such as the contradiction between security and privacy, the lack of emergency management regulations, and so on. Accordingly, in the judicial practice of determining the liability of school safety accidents, they are faced with problems, such as the difficulty in determining the liability of schools for lack of a standard legal system, the influence of moral factors on judgments, and the aggravation of school liability in disguise. The key to improving the school safety accountability mechanism is to clarify the relevant judicial principles and the rights and obligations of all parties, and rationally allocate the school accident liability. At the same time, the state and society should also increase security funds and strengthen relevant supervision.
