普通高中教研组团队效能差异研究

A Study on the Differences of Team Effectiveness of Teaching and Research Groups in General Senior High Schools

摘要:

教研组团队效能直接关系着中小学教师团队的高质量发展,并进而影响着学校的教学质量。教研组团队效能的评价是激发团队活力、提高团队管理效能的关键。从人口统计学变量角度来考查和揭示教研组团队效能现状及其影响因素,由此得出,不同教研组团队效能存在明显差异,教研组团队的不同结构与特征对团队效能有着显著影响,其中教师性别、年龄、学历等与团队效能显著相关,团队规模、学校区位和办学层级也与团队效能显著相关。以上影响因素测量结果对研究如何改进和提高教研组团队效能具有一定的借鉴价值。

Abstract:

Teaching team effectiveness matters to the highquality development of teacher groups in primary and secondary schools, and the team effectiveness of teaching and research group directly affects the quality of education and teaching in schools. The evaluation of the team effectiveness of teaching and research groups is a key to stimulate team vitality and improve team management efficiency. Taking samples from six general senior high schools in S city and adopting the quantitative method, this paper examines the current situation of the team effectiveness of teaching and research groups and its influencing factors from the perspective of demographic variables. It is found that there are obvious differences in team effectiveness among different teaching and research groups, and the different structures and characteristics of teaching and research groups have a significant impact on team effectiveness, among which there is a significant correlation between team effectiveness and the gender, age and education of teachers. At the same time, it is found that team size, school location and school level are also significantly related to team effectiveness.
