我国职业教育研究趋向探析

An Analysis of the Research Trends of Vocational Education in China

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

为提高职业教育教学质量,探索适应市场需求的职业教育模式,建设具有中国特色的职业教育体系,对职业教育的研究趋势进行分析具有重要的作用。从2022年职业教育领域中文和英文学术期刊上发表的科研论文可以发现,国内外职业教育研究主题呈现多元化稳定增长的趋势。国内职业教育研究在体制改革和人才培养的深度上具有明显优势,特别是在职业教育政策改革和人才培养模式的机制和理论研究等方面,国内职业教育研究已形成鲜明特色。国外职业教育研究的范围更广泛,涵盖了更多的学科领域和研究主题,较多关注职业教育实践应用研究。相比而言,国内职业教育研究存在领域和方法较单一、实践性不强等问题。我国职业教育研究需创新和扩展研究视角,从多学科视角探索;进一步加强微观层面的分析;加强实践性,探索中国特色新型实践教学模式。

Abstract:

It is of great significance to analyze the research trend of vocational education to improve the quality of vocational education, explore a vocational education model that meets the market demand, and build a vocational education system with China characteristics. From the research papers published in Chinese and English academic journals in the field of vocational education in 2022, it is found that the research topics of vocational education at home and abroad show a diversified and stable growth trend. Domestic vocational education research has obvious advantages in the depth of the research on system reform and personnel cultivation. Especially in vocational education policy reform and theoretical research on talent cultivation mechanisms, it has formed distinctive characteristics. In comparison, research papers on vocational education published in foreign journals have a wider range of research subjects, covering more disciplines and research topics, and pay more attention to the research on practical application of vocational education. However, Chinese journal articles have some limitations, such as a relatively single research area and method, and weaker practicality of the research. Vocational education research in China needs to innovate and expand its research perspective and explore from a multidisciplinary perspective; further strengthen the analysis at the micro level; strengthen practicality and explore a new practical teaching mode with China characteristics.
