“双减”背景下学生学业压力减轻了吗?——基于我国东中西部6省30个县(市、区)的调查

Has Students’ Academic Pressure Been Reduced Under the “Double Reduction” Policy? A Survey of 30 Counties (Cities, Districts) in 6 Provinces in the Eastern, Middle and Western Regions of China

摘要:

随着“双减”政策的推进,其政策落实效果及存在问题需要引起重视,应关注学业压力现状及其影响因素,进而保障“双减”政策的顺利实施。本研究基于东中西部6省30个县(市、区)的实证调查数据,运用多层次线性回归的方法探讨了学生学业压力现状及影响因素问题,数据分析结果表明:学生 仍具有一定程度的学业压力、学生学业压力存在个体与学校两方面层次的差异、个体及学校方面相关因素均能够对学业压力造成显著影响。为进一步减轻学生学业压力,本研究提出以下对策建议:注重多方力量的协同配合,提高课后服务质量,实行弱势群体补偿措施,以期帮助义务教育阶段学生缓解学业压 力,促进高质量教育体系的构建。

Abstract:

With the promotion of the “Double Reduction” policy, attention should be paid to its implementation effect and existing problems. We should pay attention to its current situation and influencing factors so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the “Double Reduction” policy. Based on the empirical survey data of 30 counties (cities and districts) in 6 provinces in the eastern, central and western regions of China, this study discusses the current situation of students’ academic pressure and its influencing factors by using the method of hierarchical linear regression. The data analysis results show that students still have a certain degree of academic pressure, there are differences between students and schools, and individual and school-related factors can have a significant impact on academic pressure. In order to further reduce students’ academic pressure, this study puts forward the following suggestions: paying attention to the coordination of various forces, improving the quality of after-school services, and carrying out compensation measures for vulnerable groups so as to help students in compulsory education to relieve academic pressure and promote the construction of a high-quality education system.
