幼儿教师专业素养养成:TTK 学习共同体视点

Cultivation of Preschool Teachers’ Professional Competence: A TTK Learning Community Perspective

摘要:

幼儿教师专业素养是衡量幼儿教师专业发展水平的重要尺度, 是建设高水平幼儿教师队伍的重要表征。TTK学习共同体赋予幼儿教师专业素养养成新意蕴:创建“三位一体”的幼儿教师专业素养养成模式,构建“多元共生”的幼儿教师专业素养养成生态系统,创生“协同共育”的幼儿教师专业素养养成机制。TTK视域下,幼儿教师专业素养呈现出“多元交互”的专业知识、“多维共建”的专业能力和“多元共育”的专业情怀等基本构成。TTK学习共同体可以通过共建“对话协同”的知识共享之地、共筑“多维联动”的专业提升之体和共构“学行融合”的素养内凝之境等策略,促进幼儿教师专业素养的养成。

Abstract:

The professional competence of preschool teachers is an important measurement scale for the professional development level of preschool teachers and an important representation of a high-level preschool teacher team. The TTK learning community gives new implications to the cultivation of the professional competence of preschool teachers, such as creating a three-pronged model, constructing an ecosystem of diverse symbiosis, and creating a collaborative education mechanism for the cultivation of preschool teachers’ professional competence. The professional competence of preschool teachers consists of multiple interactive professional knowledge, multidimensional professional ability, and multivariate co-education of professional passion in the view of TTK learning community. TTK learning community can promote the development of preschool teachers’ professional competence through building a knowledge sharing place for “dialogue and cooperation,” a professional upgrading organization for “multi-dimensional interaction,” and a competence internalization environment for “integration of learning and practice.”
