职业教育“双师型”教师制度的问题、成因与行动策略研究——基于制度失范的视角

“Double-qualified” Teacher System in Vocational Education: Problems, Causes and Action Strategies: A Perspective of Institutional Anomie

摘要:

在类型教育定位背景下,我国职业教育“双师型”教师制度建设取得了一定成绩,但在管理工具主义的狭隘表达、对“双师型”教师职业的片面认识和层次定位的制度逻辑起点的多重逻辑下,仍面临着制度价值理念失落、制度规则体系失序和制度保障系统失效等失范问题。可以构建由行动理念、行动规则与行动机制组成的职业教育“双师型”教师制度建设行动策略系统,从规范取向下的制度行动理念向发展取向转变,建立和完善职前培养、入职资格和职后培训制度,完善相关保障机制,推动职业教育“双师型”教师制度的建设。

Abstract:

Under the background of typebased education, some achievements have been made in the construction of “double-qualified” teacher system in vocational education in China. However, under the narrow expression of management instrumentalism, one-sided understanding of “double-qualified” teachers’ profession, and the levelbased education as the system’s logic starting point, there are still some problems of anomie in the “double-qualified” teacher system, such as the loss of the system values, the disorder of the rules and regulations, the failure of the guarantee system. We can construct an action strategy system for the construction of a “double-qualified” teacher system in vocational education, which consists of guiding principles, rules for action and action mechanisms. We should change the system guiding principles from the normative orientation to the development orientation, establish and improve the pre-service training, entry qualifications and post-service training systems, and improve the relevant guarantee mechanisms to promote the construction of the “double-qualified” teacher system in vocational education.
