我国高职院校行动逻辑的现代转向——基于制度逻辑的视角

Modern Turn of the Logic of Action in Higher Vocational Education in China: A perspective of Institutional Logic

摘要:

高职院校行动逻辑受制度逻辑的制约,并在本质上反映其所遵从的特定历史阶段的制度逻辑。从制度逻辑理论的视角出发,通过对高职院校发展过程中 政府驱动逻辑和市场逻辑之间关系的梳理和分析发现,在转型经济情境下,政府驱动逻辑对高职院校发展的影响力逐渐减弱,市场逻辑对高职院校发展的影响力逐渐增强。这反映出当前我国高职院校行动逻辑更倾向于遵从市场逻辑的变化趋势。在市场逻辑的现实要求下 ,我国高职院校寻求高质量发展应在发展理念和具体行为上同时着力:一方面,继续发挥政府的主导作用,准确把握政府驱动逻辑;另一方面,让市场竞争机制渗透于办学的各个环节。

Abstract:

The logic of action in higher vocational education is restricted by the institutional logic, and also reflects in essence the institutional logic which it follows in specific historical periods. From the perspective of the institutional logic and through a descriptive analysis of the relationship between the government-driven logic and the market logic in the process of the development of higher vocational education, it is found that the influence of the government-driven logic on the development of higher vocational education has gradually weakened, while the influence of market logic has gradually increased in the transitional economy. It reveals that the current logic of action in higher vocational education in China is more in accordance with the market logic. Therefore, for high-quality development, higher vocational education in China should focus on both development philosophy and specific behavior according to the practical requirements of the market logic. On the one hand, with an accurate understanding of the government-driven logic, we should continue to allow the government to play the leading role. On the other hand, we should allow the market competition mechanism permeate through all aspects in running a school.
