幼儿教师的职前教师教育课程模式分类研究

摘要:

幼儿园职前教师培养过程的关键在于课程。我国高校幼儿教师的职前教师教育课程设置上呈现多样性特征。通过对8所高校调查发现:高校幼儿教师职前教师教育课程在学分上的整体差异性不大;在教育实习/见习活动中开展丰富多样的实践课程,推动理论知识与教育实践互动;在课程模式上划分为教育理论偏向型、学科教学偏向型、技能偏向型等。《教师教育课程标准(试行)》所提供的课程设置框架在不同高校学前教育专业的人才培养方案、课程编制、幼儿教师培养质量保障及课程实施方面发挥着实践指引作用。因此,各高校要注重课程体系与人才培养目标相匹配、课程设置凸显工具性与价值性的统一,并以系统思维加强对人才培养方案创新的支持,从而提高幼儿教师培养质量,建构具有自身特色的人才培养体系。

Abstract:

The key to the cultivation of kindergarten preservice teachers lies in the curriculum, which is diversified in colleges and universities in China. It is found in a survey of eight universities that there is little overall difference in the credits of preschool teacher preservice education curriculum. Various practical courses are offered in educational practicum/teaching practice to promote the interaction between theoretical knowledge and educational practice. The courses could be divided into three groups in terms of their schemes: those oriented towards educational theory, towards subject pedagogy, and towards skills. The curriculum framework provided by the Teacher Education Curriculum Standard (for Trial Implementation) plays a practical guiding role in the following aspects in different universities: the talent cultivation plan, curriculum design, preschool teacher cultivation quality assurance, and curriculum implementation of preschool education programs. Therefore, colleges and universities should ensure the curriculum system compatible with the talent cultivation objectives, highlight the unity of instrumentality and value in curriculum design, and strengthen the support for the innovation of talent training scheme with systematic thinking, so as to improve the quality of the cultivation of preschool teachers and construct a talent training system with its own characteristics.
