论新时代我国家庭教育的基本理念

On the Philosophy of Family Education in China in the New Era

摘要:

家庭教育理念是对理想的家庭教育的理性思考和系统回答,是制定家庭教育相关政策、科学指导家庭教育实践的观念系统。提炼和阐释新时代我国家庭教育理念应以习近平家庭教育相关论述为指导,科学回答中国社会和文化背景下什么是理想的家庭教育、如何推进家庭教育等问题。在新的时代背景下,我国家庭教育基本理念主要内容可以概括为家庭为基、做人为魂、生活为根、儿童为本、家长主体、协同育人等六大方面。家庭为基,是指和谐幸福的家庭是家庭教育的基石,注重家庭教育首先要重视家庭自身建设,为儿童健康成长创造适宜的成长环境;做人为魂,是指家庭应将教子成人作为家庭教育的根本使命,树立正确的育人目标,充分发挥家庭在做人教育中的独特优势;生活为根,是指家庭教育的本质特征是生活教育,家长要学会处理教育与生活的关系,通过合理的家庭生活教育子女;儿童为本,是指家长要树立正确的儿童观,尊重儿童的主体地位,保护儿童权益,促进儿童发展;家长主体,是指家长是儿童成长的“第一任教师”,要加强家长在教育中的主体意识,不断提升角色胜任力;协同育人,是指家庭教育是国民教育的有机组成,要指导家长学会处理与学校和社会的关系,整合教育资源,形成合力育人的局面。

Abstract:

The philosophy of family education is the rational thinking of and a systematic answer to an ideal family education, a conceptual system for formulating relevant policies for family education and for providing scientific guidance for the practice of family education. To refine and explain the philosophy of family education in China in the new era is to answer two questions, i.e., what is ideal family education and how to promote family education under the background of Chinese society and culture, guided by Xi Jinping’s discussion on family education. The philosophy of family education in China in the new era can be summarized as a familybased, liferooted, childrenoriented cooperative education with a spirit of being human and with parents as the subjects. A familybased education means that a harmonious and happy family is the cornerstone of family education. Attention should first be paid to family selfconstruction to create an agreeable environment for the healthy growth of children. An education with a spirit of being human means that families should take educating children to become fully grown adults as the fundamental mission of family education, set up correct education objectives and give full play to the unique advantages of family in educating a human being. A liferooted education means that the essence of family education is life education, and parents should learn to deal with the relationship between education and life, and educate their children through appropriate family life. A childrenoriented education means that parents should have a correct view on children, respect the position of children as masters of their own destiny, protect children’s rights and interests, and promote children’s development. An education with parents as the subjects means that parents are the “first teachers” for the growth of their children. Parents should enhance their consciousness as a principal agent in education and constantly improve their competence in this role. Cooperative education means that family education is an integral part of national education. Parents should be instructed to learn to tackle the relationship with schools and society and integrate educational resources so as to create a situation of joint efforts in educating people.
