高职院校培养应用型教师的策略研究

Cultivating Application-oriented Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges: A Strategic Study

摘要:

应用型教师是针对高职院校在培养“双师型”教师过程中出现的偏颇与误区而提出的,具有实践操作性、工程技术性和职业导向性特点,他们不仅能够传授本科的基本知识,也需要熟悉岗位操作。应用型教师契合国家深化职业教育改革的要求,符合高职院校办学定位的方向,能够突显高职院校的办学特色。培养应用型教师既是促进教师幸福发展的有利保证和高职院校提升教学质量的重要途径,同时也是激活高职院校高质量发展的内生力。高职院校应多措并举,大力支持应用型教师的培养工作。

Abstract:

The concept of application-oriented teacher is put forward in view of the bias and misunderstanding in the process of cultivating “dual-qualification” teachers in higher vocational colleges. Application-oriented teacher is adept at practical operation, engineering technology and career orientation. They are not only able to impart basic undergraduate knowledge, but also familiar with on-the-job operation. Application-oriented teachers meet the requirements for deepening higher vocational education reform in China, conform to the schooling orientation of higher vocational colleges, and highlight the schooling characteristics of higher vocational colleges. Cultivating application-oriented teachers provide not only a guarantee for well-developed happy teachers, but also an important way to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges. It is at the same time an endogenous force to activate the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational colleges should take more measures to support the cultivation of application-oriented teachers.
