芬兰创业教育的教学与实践及启示

Enterpreneurship Education and Practice in Finland and Its Enlightenment to China

摘要:

自1994年芬兰创业教育系统性地在各级教育中全面铺开,以及2009年《创业教育指南》的颁布,芬兰的创业教育就在理论和实践上不断发展和完善,建立了明确的创业教育核心理念和实践战略。在这些理论指导下,芬兰针对国内各阶段教育制定了不同的创业教育目标和教学内容,并辅以众多机构或组织对创业教育实践活动进行支持,形成了系统的、完善的创业教育体系。对芬兰各教育阶段的创业教育教学与实践进行分析,可以为我国创业教育的发展提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Since 1994,entrepreneurship education in Finland has been systematically launched at all levels of education. With the promulgation of Guidelines for Entrepreneurship Education in 2009,Finland’s entrepreneurship education has been continuously developed in theory and practice, forming the core concept and practice strategy of entrepreneurship education. Under the guidance of these theories, Finland has implemented different objectives of entrepreneurship education at each level of education and supported them with strong practical activities,thus forming a systematic and mature system of entrepreneurship education.The analysis of the teaching and practice of entrepreneurship education at all levels of education in Finland can provide reference for the development of entrepreneurship education in China.
