成仿吾师范教育思想：要旨阐释、基本特征与历史贡献

Cheng Fangwu's Thoughts on Normal Education: Interpretation of the Main Idea, Basic Characteristics and Historical Contribution
摘要/Abstract
成仿吾毕生致力于无产阶级教育事业，在长期的教育理论探索与实践经验积累中形成了富有特色的师范教育思想。成仿吾怀抱教育救国之心，优先发展师范教育；审时度势，厘定师范教育办学方针；教研结合，优化师范教育体系；通专并重，强化师资队伍建设。其师范教育思想兼具创新性与可行性、求真性与务实性、反思性与前瞻性。成仿吾的师范教育思想奠定了师范为教育发展之基础；明确了师范人才培养之要素；创新了师范教育教学管理之体制，为新中国师范教育发展作出了重要贡献。
Cheng Fangwu devoted all his life to the proletarian education, and formed his characteristic thoughts of normal education in the long-term theoreical and practical exploration. He advocated saving China by education and giving priority to developing normal education; formulating guiding principle for normal education in line with the requirements of times; combining teaching and research to optimize normal education system; constructing teaching staff with general and specialized education. His thoughts of normal education are innovative and feasible, realistic and practical, reflective and forward-looking. They laid the groundwork of normal education, illustrated the key components of normal education, and innovated the teaching and management system of normal education, thus made important contributions to the development of normal education in the PRC.
