The value orientation of the new reform of college entrance examination
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
国务院发布的《关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》标志着新的考试招生制度改革的启幕,高考招生制度改革备受瞩目。从价值取向上审视,本次改革从突出国家需要、强调政府主导和注重协同运作上彰显了统筹兼顾的国家立场;从注重实质公平、实施分类考试和加强监管与问责上回应了公平公正的社会诉求;从灵活选择考试内容、推行多元化评价和实施双轨录取上凸显了人尽其才的个人关切。深刻认识和准确理解改革在价值取向上的创新,有利于加深对改革旨趣的洞见,也有益于助推改革的深化发展。
Abstract：
“The deepening the reform of examination recruitment” by the state council marks new enrollment reforms in terms of the state stance, open and fair social values, and fair play of the recruitment itself. The flexible choice of exam contents and diversified evaluations help with the creative recruitment, which, in turn, helps with the deepening of reforms.
