Remeasure the Height of Life—The Theory of the New Educational Experiment and the Way of Teachers' Growth

摘要:

生命课程作为新教育实验的基础课程,着眼于培养学生“真善美”的品格,进而提升其生命高度。新教育实验尊重个体的生命成长,以学生为中心,设置个性化课程,以“十大行动”为途径和主要内容,强调共同体及其愿景的价值,致力于使师生“过一种幸福完整的教育生活”。新教育实验将教师成长作为逻辑起点,构建“职业认同+专业发展”的教师成长模式,引导教师在增强职业认同的基础上,通过专业阅读、专业写作和专业交往,促进自身的成长与发展。

Abstract:

Life course, as the basic course of the New Educational Experiment, focuses on cultivating students' character of truth, beauty, and goodness, so as to raise the height of their lives. The New Educational Experiment, respecting the growth of life of each individual, creates student-centered personalized courses. Emphasizing the value of community and its vision, it takes the "Ten Actions" as the approaches and main contents, and is committed to enabling teachers and students to "live a happy and complete educational life." Taking teachers' growth as a logical starting point, the New Educational Experiment constructs a teachers' growth model of "professional identity plus professional development," guiding teachers to promote their growth and development through professional reading, writing and communication on the basis of enhanced professional identity.
