印度高等技术教育产教融合的现状、困境及对策

Industry-Education Integration for Higher Technical Education in India: Status Quo, Predicaments and Countermeasures

摘要:

21世纪以来,印度愈加重视产教融合的发展,各方力量共同推动产教融合的前进,国家颁布政策进行宏观调控、行业企业积极参与合作项目、教育机构大力培养各类人才。但由于这种合作尚处于初级阶段,印度高等技术教育领域内的产教融合存在着:人才培养质量不高,结构性失业比较严重;私立机构发展不均衡,产教融合发展受限;优秀教师流失严重,普通教师缺乏“产教融合”教学理念;合作类型单一,产学融合深度不够;高学历人才稀缺,院校差异较大等诸多困境。欲走出困境,印度应该采取如下对策:完善制度标准、促进全程合作,改良教学方法、提升实践技能,提升教师职业吸引力、加强教师能力建设,开展调查或组织会议、促进两者的对话沟通等。

Abstract:

Since the 21st century, India has attached more and more importance to the integration of industry and education. Forces have been converged that jointly promoted the integration. The state promulgated policies for macro-control, industries and enterprises actively participated in cooperative projects, and educational institutions strived to train personnel in various fields. However, still in the primary stage, this type of integration is facing many predicaments, such as low quality of personnel training, serious structural unemployment, unbalanced development of private institutions, limited and insufficient integration, brain drain of outstanding teachers, lack of integration concept in ordinary teachers, single-model cooperation, shortage of highly educated personnel, and large differences among universities etc. To get out of these predicaments, India should take the following countermeasures: improve relevant policies and standards to promote full-course cooperation, improve teaching methods to enhance practical skills, increase teacher career attractiveness, strengthen teacher's capacity, conduct surveys or organize meetings to facilitate dialogue and communication between the two.
