Yang Xianjiang's educational value and its academic influences in Shanghai and over China

摘要：
作为杨贤江第二故乡的上海,不仅是他探讨社会、发表论文、编辑杂志、领导青年运动以及宣传马克思主义的重要基地,更是其不朽著作《新教育大纲》的诞生地。通过上海这一五方杂居的国际大都市,他从历史唯物主义和革命人生观高度所阐发的教育哲学见解得以广泛传播,从而对全国教育学术界产生了重要影响,甚至对当代素质教育改革仍具有重要的启迪意义。
Abstract：
Shanghai as the second hometown of Yang Xianjiang has witnessed his strenuous academic pursuit of Marxism, literary compilation and publication, and his leadership of the youth campaigns. Most noteworthy is the publication of the ever-lasting work of New Outline of Education here. It is from the metropolis of Shanghai that his revolutionary educational value of the Marxist materialism gets disseminated and spread extensively nationwide. The influences of his value are far-reaching, even to the current quality educational reforms.
