Labor Education in Senior High Schools: Challenges and Countermeasures

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

随着新时代普通高中育人方式改革不断深化，劳动教育再次回到素质教育的重要位置。通过调查发现普通高中劳动教育现状不容乐观，既有机制性原因，也有社会文化的影响。所以，要抓住普通高中劳动教育新时代特征，建构有效的劳动课程体系，统整劳动教育资源，优化劳动教育环境，完善高中生劳动评价，关注劳动教育成果转化，提升劳动教育整体效益，完善高中现代教育体系。

Abstract：

With the deepening of the reform of education modes in senior high schools in the new era,labor education once again takes an important place in quality-oriented education.It was found in the survey that the current situation of labor education in senior high schools is not optimistic.There are both mechanism reasons and social and cultural influences.Therefore,we should obtain a better understanding of the characteristics of labor education in senior high schools in the new era,construct an effective labor curriculum system,integrate labor education resources,optimize the labor education environment,improve the labor evaluation of senior high students,pay attention to applying labor education achievements to production,so as to enhance the overall benefits of labor education.
