A Comparative Analysis of Financial Aid Policies for Ethnic Minority Students in Chinese and Australian Colleges and Universities

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

中国和澳大利亚两国虽然政治、经济和教育制度迥异，但在民族高等教育制度，尤其是高校民族学生财政资助政策的形式与内容及其操作等方面有其相似性。当然，由于历史文化背景等原因，中澳高校民族学生财政资助政策在实施的目的和内容及其惠普对象等方面有所不同。

Abstract：

Although there is big difference between China and Australia on politics, economy and education system, there are similarities in the system of ethnic minority higher education, especially in the form, content and operation of the financial aid policy for ethnic students in colleges and universities. Of course, due to historical and cultural background and other reasons, financial aid policies for ethnic students in Chinese and Australian universities differ in terms of goals, details and beneficiaries.
