Construction of China's Higher Education Quality Assurance System in Mass Education Stage
摘要/Abstract
迈入普及化阶段的高等教育面临教育系统内外的机遇与挑战，世界高等教育质量保障呈现出某些共性发展趋势，中国特色高等教育质量保障体系的构建，要基于中国实践探索，更新教育发展理念，完善高等教育内部质量保障体系，实现不同类型高校的分类发展，满足普及化背景下人民群众的多样化、个性化教育需求。
Higher education, in mass education stage, is facing opportunities and challenges both at home and abroad, inside and outside the educational system. While the quality assurance of higher education in the world shows some common trends, the construction of China’s quality assurance system should be based on China’s own practice and exploration. We should update the philosophy on education development, improve the internal quality assurance system, make universities develop in categories, and meet the diversified and personalized education needs of the people.
