Ontario, Canada, introduced full-day kindergarten in 2010, and completed the revision of "The Kindergarten Program" in 2016. The revised Program proposes a kindergarten curriculum in the four frames based on the needs of young children's growth. It proposes adhering to the basic principles of play-based learning in a culture of inquiry. It advocates kindergarten fairness and inclusive education through multi-party collaboration. It implements a set of narrative assessment making young children's thinking and learning visible. These are instructive guidance for preschool education in China for either the revision of the programmatic documents or the reform of kindergarten curriculum. It is also necessary to integrate literature and cases into the programmatic documents of preschool education in China, to make them both instructional and operational. The concept of inclusive education should be infiltrated into the practice of early childhood education to build a child-oriented kindergarten curriculum framework.
