西方教师领导研究在中国本土实践的困境及其解决路径

Localization of researches of the teacher leadership

摘要:

教师领导(Teacher Leadership)概念及理论发源于上世纪80年代英美等国,在21世纪初引入我国,面临着本土化的困境:教师领导概念的翻译使用,难以表达“领导”一词不同文化意涵;教师领导研究很难深入中国本土的情理脉络中;研究中难以洞悉基于教育实践的教师领导独特视角和立场。我国教师领导的实践脉络和亟待解决的现实问题,是本土教师领导研究的生长点,需要深度研究中西方教育问题表现与根源的差异;我国的历史文化传统和认识论基础,是滋养“教师领导”的土壤,不宜简单套用西方语境中抽象化理性人假设、平等、赋权、自由等价值诉求;中国传统伦理理性,以及重具体情境、关系为本、拟亲态的特征恰好是研究教师领导实践的逻辑;此外,“教育性”是教师领导区别于其他领导实践的重要特质,其中包含密切、信赖和庇护的关系,包含对教师全面成长的关怀和期待,以及领导关系相互认可的伦常次序。综上所述,教师领导研究需要定位于“本土文化”和“教育性”视角。

Abstract:

The conception of teacher leadership developed in US and UK in 1980s is introduced into China in the 21st century. The localization is needed of the translation of the concept to adapt to Chinese context via proper perspective and position. This article points out that the development of teacher leadership in China is based on its practical context. Researchers should deeply discover the different performances in both China and west. The traditional ethical rationality of China emphasizes on characteristics of the relationship, which contributes to the practical logic of teacher leadership. In addition, the educational nature is distinctive of teacher leadership, and it is presented by trust in the close, moral-based relationship. In short, the researches on teacher leadership in China demand perspectives of local culture and its educational nature.
