On promotion of the integration of urban and rural compulsory education
摘要/Abstract
义务教育是教育工作的重中之重，城乡义务教育一体化不仅是党和政府对实现教育强国和乡村振兴的要求，也是广大人民群众对教育公平和优质教育的期待。推动城乡义务教育一体化发展是以习近平同志为核心的党中央对我国教育事业提出的具有战略意义的政策导向，是我国乡村振兴战略的重要组成部分。分析推动城乡义务教育一体化发展的内涵、成效、经验与举措，对全面解读推动城乡义务教育一体化发展具有重要意义。
While compulsory education is the top priority of education itself, its urban and rural integration should not only serve as the requirement of the Party for a powerful nation of education and rural rejuvenation, but also the great expectation for fair and qualified education. Hence, it is the strategic policy put forward by Xi Jinping to promote the integrated development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas. This paper analyzes aspects of the integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education.
