A tentative study of setting up an enterprise university
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
结合二十年来中外企业大学的研究情况，发现目前国内关注度不如国外，国内更多关注应用研究而理论构建不够；国内外案例研究较多，但都缺少质化和量化研究的结合；认为企业大学研究将来的方向是：研究领域拓展、研究深度增进、结合高新技术、助力转型改革。
Abstract：
It is found out that, through a literature review in the past 20 years, an enterprise university differs greatly from one country to another. Domestic attention is not as good as that of foreign countries, while foreign attention is paid to applied researches with case analyses. But the common cause lies in expansion of research fields, deepening of research contents, integration of new technology and transformation of dynamic reforms.
