The individual values in competitions and cooperations
摘要/Abstract
研究采用问卷法探讨个体价值取向在合作与竞争行为中的表现。研究中使用个体价值取向量表、竞争与合作人格倾向量表对大学生进行施测。结果发现：(1)大学生的价值取向所占比例以合作型人最多，个体型人次之，竞争型人最少，还存在一些不确定型。(2)合作量表中显示，合作型取向的被试得分高于个体型和竞争型取向的被试；个体型被试与合作型被试之间差异显著。(3)竞争量表中显示，合作型被试得分低于个体型和竞争型被试；竞争型被试与合作型被试之间差异显著。(4)不同性别在合作与竞争量表中差异均不显著。
This empirical research discusses the values of individualistic competitions and cooperations by aquestionnaire.Scales include the individual value orientation scale, the competition and the cooperation personality trend meter.Result shows that（1）the subjects differ in proportions of competition;（2） the subjects of cooperation score higher than those of individualism and competition type;（3）the cooperative subjects score lower than the individual type and competition type subjects;and（4）gender-scale cooperation and competition is not significant.
