摘要：
农村成人教育是一项宏大而又复杂的系统工程,特别是现阶段,有效地开展成人教育为促进农业增效、农民增收,建设和谐农村社区等都有着重要的现实意义。
Abstract：
This paper firstly reviews the historical development of the rural construction benefited from theChinese education. It also describes the marginality , ignorance , and weakening of the adult education in the rural construction , besides the role of the education in the construction and improvement of the harmonious ruralcommunities.
