Chinese vocational education is administered by a mixture of parties or professional stakeholders under the leadership of government. Enterprises have become a principal interest body in the current vocational education governance, and but have not played their proper role. This is due to the lack of efficient guidance from government. Therefore, the writer argues that government should properly guide enterprises in collaborative participation in the governance of vocational education. It is necessary to clarify the rights, responsibilities and obligations of enterprises in the form of law, and set up a platform to enable all parties including enterprises to give full play in their governance of vocational education.
