Trends of international student mobility and Chinese overseas education
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
当前，全球范围内国际学生流动呈现出新的发展趋势，我国在全球国际学生流动中居于重要地位，亦面临着国际学生市场竞争激烈、人才外流风险依然较大、来华留学优势不足、“一带一路”建设对留学教育提出了更高的要求等挑战。我们应实施留学强国战略，具体措施包括加强留学教育顶层设计、提高留学教育质量、构建优质的留学服务环境、增强高等教育国际竞争力、塑造留学教育品牌以及打造留学教育新增长极等六个方面。
Abstract：
As international student mobility becomes a trend, China is faced with the globalized competition, brain drain, education for foreign students in China under the background of belt and road initiatives. So, this paper proposes measures to promote the reinvigoration of China through education for both foreigners studying in China and Chinese seeking overseas education.
