国际成人教育的历史足迹与未来展望——基于国际成人教育大会与学习型城市大会的文献分析

摘要：

近七十年来，得益于六届国际成人教育大会及其若干具有纲领意义文件的推动，成人教育的地位与作用在世界范围内日益得到广泛关注，并在学习群体与学习目标、学习内容与学习方式、学习空间与学习保障等发展方面留下了重要的历史足迹。通过对2013年至2017年三届国际学习型城市大会的主题与精神回顾，展望国际成人教育未来发展，必将在关切可持续性发展、融入社会治理理念、创建国际合作网络、增强地方行动意识等方面形成新的发展趋势。

Abstract：

Owing to the sixth international conference on adult education, the status and role of adult education have become more popular over the past seventy years, in relation to the development in learning groups, objectives, contents, methods, spaces and learning assurance. Through the theme and spirit of the three international conferences on learning cities from 2013 to 2017, the writers demonstrate the trend of sustainable development, social governance, international cooperation and awareness of regional action.
