摘要：
随着“大众创业、万众创新”在全国蓬勃开展，创新创业成为时代主题，创业教育已被提升到国家教育改革发展的战略层面。美国是最早开展创业教育的国家，在创业教育理论研究和实践过程中积累了丰富的经验。“他山之石，可以攻玉”，借鉴美国创业教育的先进理念和实践经验，围绕树立全新创业教育观、促进创业教育与通识教育和专业教育有机融合、构建良性互动的创业教育生态系统、建立科学的创业教育评价体系、加强国际交流与合作等方面探讨我国大学创业教育的发展路径。
Abstract：
The mass entrepreneurship and innovation has become the theme and strategy for the national education reform and development. The US is the first country to carry out entrepreneurial education, and has accumulated experiences in both theoretical researches and practices. Therefore, the writer of this paper attempts to propose suggestions for Chinese entrepreneurial education that includes new concepts.
