On the four key points in the national educational program in the thirteenth five-year planning
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
国家教育事业发展“十三五”规划是指国家制定的“十三五”期间各级各类教育改革发展的总体规划，它是“十三五”期间中国教育改革发展的行动纲领和指导性文件。其要点有四个方面：一是要全面提高教育质量；二是加强教育的结构性改革；三是全面深化教育改革；四是加快推进教育现代化。
Abstract：
The national educational program in the thirteenth five-year planning refers to the overall planning in education reforms and development of various types and at various levels, and it serves as an action outline and directive with four key points. Quality, restructuring, overall reform and advancement of education modernization.
