什么影响了大学教师流动？

Causes to the mobility of university teachers

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

随着高校人事制度改革的不断深入，以及学术劳动力市场的发展完善，中国大学教师流动正呈现增速趋势。但当前学界对于大学教师流动增加趋势关注不足、对流动规律探究不深、对流动可能带来的影响追踪不够，都客观上导致了此轮高校人事制度改革缺乏足够的学理和实证支撑。从宏观、中观和微观层面就大学教师流动影响因素进行文献研究发现，影响教师流动的因素往往是综合性的，中国学界亟待深入开展符合国家性、民族性、学科性和阶段性特征的中国大学教师流动影响因素系统研究。

Abstract：

With the deepening of the reform of personnel system in universities, and improvement of the academic labor market, Chinese university faculty mobility shows a trend of growth. The causes to inadequate theoretical and empirical support in the reform of personnel system in universities include a lack of attention to the mobility, exploration over the law, and trace about the possible effects. It is found that the causes are comprehensive, and scholars need to study in line with the national, ethnic, disciplinary characteristics of causes.
