Lincoln School as the most loved experimental school

摘要：

师范学院林肯学校是由弗莱克斯纳领导的普通教育委员会赞助在进步主义教育运动黄金时期创办的私立实验学校。它既是对以往实验学校的修正，也是一次更为彻底、更为稳健地进行实验的尝试。与其他实验学校相比，林肯学校的主要实验内容在课程改革方面，小学部的单元课程和哈罗德·拉格在中学部发起的社会科课程实验在美国课程改革中占有重要地位。林肯学校的影响主要集中在20世纪20年代和30年代，由于其内在的冲突和矛盾最终导致林肯学校的关闭。

Abstract：

The Lincoln School is set up by the ordinary education committee under Flexner as a private school at the golden times of progressive education. The school has changed the nature of experiment in teaching reforms. The curriculum of the elementary school and that of high school advocated by Harold Rugg have both played a significant role in American curricular reforms. Lincoln School is most influential in the 1920s and 1930s, but it is due to close for its internal conflicts and contradictions.
