Improvement of the rural elementary education through teacher education——A case study of the collaborative efforts by Hebei Normal University

摘要：
破解农村基础教育难题、促进城乡教育均衡发展，是当前我国教育改革乃至社会进步的一个突破点。地方师范大学应立足省情，主动承担起改造农村教育、促进教育均衡发展、深化教育改革的重任，以农村基础教育的课程与教学改革为着力点，以改造农村学校、农村教师、农村学生、农村家长为实践途径，全方位深度介入改造农村基础教育，开展基于农村社会特色的农村基础教育本土化改造，引导农村基础教育自主发展和特色发展。
Abstract：
It is important to solve the problems of basic education in rural areas and promote the balanced development of urban and rural education. This article takes the teacher education of Hebei Normal University as a case study. The writers argue that any local teachers university should base on the actual situation, and focus on the curriculum and the teaching reform in rural elementary education, and help rural schools, teachers, students and their parents with all-round improvement.
