Performances have become a prevalent variable in Chinese universities as quantitative assessment. Consequently, certain fundamental academic values are belittled, and cultural ecology is in dilemma. Teachers have gradually shifted from academia to completion of the quantitative indexes, while students attempt to let loose learning but become addicted to the cyber games. Therefore, this paper argues for countermeasures.
