The industry-education integration community is a new form of organization integrating industry, education, research, and application. It is also a new model that promotes industrial development and improves the quality of talent cultivation at the same time.Based on a scientific definition of the meaning of the industry-education integration community, this paper systematically analyzes its constituent elements, including the subjects, content, and objects. It is found that in essence, it is aimed at cultivating high-quality skilled professionals who can adapt to the needs of industrial development and at enhancing the competitiveness and innovation capability of the industry through industry-education integration media.The industry-education integration community faces risks in such aspects as organizational form, legal status, rights and obligations of relevant parties, contract relationships, and intellectual property protection. It is suggested to regulate the operation of the community from three dimensions: maintaining fairness and justice of the community as a whole, safeguarding individual rights, and improving the legal system to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of all parties involved, promote its high-quality development, and contribute to the construction of a modern vocational education system.
