Way of development for educators in the new time
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
当今教育改革和发展迫切需要教育家办学，社会呼唤一批教育家在教育事业中勇于担当、有所作为。那么教育工作者如何成长为一名教育家呢？2014年习近平总书记在同北京师范大学师生代表座谈时，提出了好教师的四条标准：理想信念，道德情操，扎实学识和仁爱之心，这也是教育家的标准。在教育家成长过程中，每个教师应该不断总结经验，研究和尊重教育规律，形成自己的教育思想。应该树立如下教育信条：没有爱就没有教育；没有兴趣就没有学习；教书育人在细微处；学生成长在活动中。
Abstract：
Whereas education reforms and development call for educators to run schools, and the competent educators should answer the social demand, how on earth can the education workers become educators? President Xi Jinping claimed four criteria of belief, moral, knowledge and love for a teacher while holding a talk with selected teachers and students from Beijing Normal University in 2014, which should alsobe the criteria for educators.
