Resource dependence and security mechanism for the main entities of vocational education
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
政府、企业和学校因为拥有各自的资源优势而成为职业教育治理的主体，优势资源的交易、流动、联结和创造,形成了他们之间的资源依赖关系。职业教育合作共治的本质就是一种资源交易活动，是政府、学校、企业间相互转让或分享各自的优势资源以期获得自己所缺的关键资源的过程。为了保障这一过程合理、有效进行，有必要建立相应的动力机制、约束机制和信任机制。
Abstract：
Governments, enterprises and schools form the main body of governance of vocational education, each possessing advantages in trade, exchange, and creation of superior resources. This paper discusses, from the perspective of resource dependence, the essence of governance of government, schools and enterprises and their obligations in relation to the security of mechanisms for vocational education.
